What is your returns policy?
Our returns period lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any returns made on this order. We can only accept returns that have not been worn or washed and we reserve the right to return items that have been used. We do not offer refunds, all returns will have to be exchanged for either the same product, another product, or store credit.

Can I exchange the size if it does not fit?
We can only accept exchanges that have not been worn or washed and we reserve the right to return items that have been used. You have 14 days to fill in the exchange form from the date you received your item
We process exchanges on any unused items when returned by post to JD Apparels UK in the same condition sold to you, within 14 days of your notification. You will be sent an email with the returns label that you’ll need to attach to your parcel (please make sure to put the product back in the see-through ziplock bag that was delivered with the product then put this in a mailing bag, you can either turn the one we used to deliver to you inside out or buy a new mailing bag). Do not place labels directly on the see-through bag. We recommend removing or covering your shipping label before attaching your returns label to your parcel. Remember to keep hold of your proof of postage – you can find this, as well as your tracking number, on the returns label created for your parcel. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
Once we have received your return we will send your exchanged size to you for a £6 fee
